I bet Alexander Graham Bell had no idea that one day the telephone would be able to provide a service as handy as conference calls. With this kind of feature, many things can be easily done without even leaving the house to take part in a discussion with two or more people.  There will be less effort to be done because you don’t have to call each person and discuss to them whatever topics, ideas or conversation with each person separately. You can easily get involved in multi-participant discussion over the phone.  You can discuss business proposals to a client, do some brainstorming with your team, finalize a decision with your boss, make a solution to a problem or even share stories and happy events with your family or to your friends.  All of these are made possible because of the great feature that a telephone or this conference call could offer.  In my opinion every kind of phone should have this kind of feature to maximize its use and benefits.  Nevertheless, a phone without this kind of feature can never be viable or practical because most people nowadays are looking for convenience and a service that can provide what they need.
